Pricing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term: pay for the first report and, if you don't want to continue, cancel in your account, under «Invoices, card and cancellation». You won't be charged again and the reports you have stay yours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. On the Agency plan we also accept bank transfer.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You get an invoice for every payment, sent to your email.
Does the price include VAT?
No. VAT is worked out at checkout from your country and shown on the invoice. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge); outside the EU, no Portuguese VAT applies; in Portugal, VAT is added at the standard rate.
