The website and the email are required to request the scan; without them we don't run it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Recipients
The providers we need for the service: hosting and database in the European Union, captcha, the AI assistants we ask about the business (name, city and type; never your email), email delivery, payments and invoicing. Some are outside the European Union; in those cases the transfer is made with GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Retention
- Email and scan results: up to 24 months without any interaction from you, or while the business is being tracked.
- Consent to alerts and offers: until you withdraw it.
- Invoices: the legal retention period for tax documents.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent at any time, through the link in the emails or by writing to hello@chatlisted.com. You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or to the authority of the country where you live.
Cookies
By default, only the strictly necessary ones: the account session cookie, the captcha and, in your browser, the email you gave so we don't ask for it again.
When we advertise Chatlisted, the site asks your permission for advertising cookies from Meta (pixel) and Google (tag), used only to know which ad brought each visit and which visits ended in a scan. Without your permission they are not loaded; the site works just the same. You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie choice.
