Why doesn't AI recommend my business?
Usually because it finds little information about it, or information that doesn't match across different websites. The report shows you exactly what is missing.
What is GEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of getting a business into the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. In SEO the goal is to appear on a page of ten results; in GEO it is to be one of the few names AI gives. Chatlisted measures your business's GEO and tells you what to fix.
Does this replace SEO on Google?
No, it complements it. Many fixes help with both, but AI assistants choose and summarise differently from a list of search results.
Are the results always the same?
No. AI answers vary from one request to the next, so on the paid plans we repeat every question and show you the trend over time, not a single number.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Every fix is explained in plain language and, when it is technical, comes with the code ready to send to whoever manages your website.
Which AI assistants do you ask?
The free scan asks ChatGPT and Perplexity. The Essential plan adds Gemini, and the Professional and Agency plans also add Claude.
Which countries and languages do you cover?
Any country. We ask the questions in the language your customers use: English in the UK, Ireland or the US, Spanish in Spain, Portuguese in Portugal and Brazil, and so on.
How long does the free scan take?
About a minute. If the AI assistants are slow, we show your website check right away and email you the report as soon as it is ready.
Can I run the free scan more than once?
The free scan runs once per business: if you ask again, we show you the result already done. To track progress every month, there is the Essential plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term: pay for the first report and, if you don't want to continue, cancel in your account, under «Invoices, card and cancellation». You won't be charged again and the reports you have stay yours.
How is the score calculated?
We ask AI the questions your customers ask and count where your business appears. In each answer, 1st place is worth 3 points, 2nd and 3rd are worth 2, and anything lower is worth 1; the score adds it all up on a scale from 0 to 100. Competitors are measured on the same answers, and every figure can be checked against the saved answers. The full methodology is published.
Does it work for marketing agencies?
Yes. The Agency plan tracks 5 client businesses, with a full report every 15 days, and includes 20 prospecting scans a month. Reports and prospecting scans carry your agency's logo and contact details, ready to send to the client.
What do you do with my data?
We only read your website's public content and the AI answers: we never ask for logins or passwords, and we don't sell data. Everything is stored on servers in the European Union, and we only send you marketing emails if you agree. The details are in the privacy policy.
